A Splitline license grants one purchaser lifetime use and lifetime updates on the number of active Macs included with the purchased tier: one Mac for the one-Mac license or two Macs for the two-Mac license. The entitlement may not be resold, shared between unrelated people, or used to bypass the active-Mac limit. The software is provided subject to applicable law and statutory consumer rights.

Stripe hosts checkout and processes payments. Where Managed Payments is enabled, Stripe/Link acts as merchant of record and handles the applicable transaction, tax, receipt, and merchant-of-record obligations; otherwise se-ai.live is the seller and uses Stripe Payments and Stripe Tax. The voluntary 14-day refund policy does not limit statutory consumer rights.
