14-day refund policy

A purchaser may request a full refund by emailing barb@se-ai.live within 14 calendar days of purchase.

The request must:

• come from the checkout email address;
• include the Lemon Squeezy order number; and
• request a full refund.

No reason is required. Never email the full license key.

This 14-calendar-day window is the complete voluntary refund policy; there is no separate 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

This voluntary policy does not limit statutory consumer rights or Lemon Squeezy’s Merchant-of-Record obligations. After approval, the full refund is issued and the linked license is disabled as separate required actions. Lemon Squeezy says the refund may take up to ten days to appear on the customer’s statement.
